Nobody buys a hot tub because they wanted a weekly chemistry assignment. But that is what you get: test strips, guessing at doses, a shelf of buckets, a filter that needs cleaning, and water that is never quite right on the night you actually want to use it. Around Guelph and Waterloo the water is hard enough that letting it drift has a cost beyond cloudy water, since scale builds on heaters and jets.
You do not manage us, check our work, or keep track of what is due. It is handled.

Drains, filter soaks and winter water changes happen on the calendar without you booking anything.
At hot tub temperatures chlorine burns off fast and turns harsh. Bromine stays stable in hot water, keeps working as pH drifts upward, and is easier on skin and eyes. It is the right chemistry for a tub, and choosing it for you is part of what you are paying us for.
Already have a salt or mineral system? We will work with what is installed rather than tearing it out.
Drains are scheduled between spring and early fall, usually late April, July and early October. We do not drain in freezing weather, because water left in the lines can freeze and crack components, and that damage is not covered under warranty.
Signing up in the colder months? We will maintain your tub on its current sanitizer through the winter with monthly partial water changes, then do your full reset and switch to bromine at your first spring drain.

Notice anything off between visits, cloudy, foamy, a smell, call us and we will be back within 48 hours at no charge.
If you are not happy after your first month, we will refund it.
If something unusual happened, a big party or something in the water that should not have been, we will still come. We will just tell you what it takes to fix before we start.
The same goes if something breaks. We are at your tub every week, so we usually spot a problem before you do, a seal starting to weep, a cover going soft, a heater working harder than it should. When something needs fixing we arrange it and stay on it until it is sorted, so you are not chasing quotes or waiting on a callback.
We service every brand of hot tub, Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Bullfrog, Sundance, Marquis, Arctic and the rest. Brand does not change good water care.
Salt water systems and swim spas we quote individually, since they take a different approach. We do not currently service wood fired or inflatable tubs.
Not a sideline to a repair or retail business.
